Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These terms apply whenever you use jobcoveley.com. Please read them before applying. By using the site you accept them.
Who runs the site
The site is operated by JobCove from the United Kingdom. You can reach us at careers@jobcoveley.com, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm UK time. "We", "us" and "our" mean JobCove.
Words used here
An "opening" is a position shown on the site. A "business" is the organisation offering an opening. An "applicant" is anyone who sends the form. An "introduction" means passing an application to the business the applicant chose.
What JobCove does
JobCove advertises openings, collects applications and introduces applicants to businesses. We are not your employer. Applying through this site does not create a contract of employment, an agency arrangement or any working relationship between you and JobCove. Any arrangement that follows is made between you and the business.
About the openings
Each opening reflects what the business told us when it was written up. Businesses fill places, change the work and close openings, sometimes without warning us first. An opening being shown is not a promise it is still available, and an introduction is not an offer of work.
How to apply
Fill in the form. WhatsApp then opens with a prepared message, and you must press Send for your application to reach our HR team. If WhatsApp does not work for you, email careers@jobcoveley.com and we will take your application that way.
Applicants are never asked to pay
JobCove takes no payment of any kind from applicants. We do not sell starter kits, take deposits, sell credits or coins, charge to unlock an opening or ask for money before wages are released. Anyone asking for payment in our name is not acting for us, so please report it.
Pay, hours and conditions
Pay, when it is paid and the hours involved are decided by the business, not by JobCove. Before starting, get written confirmation from the business of its legal name, what the work is, the rate, the hours expected and when you will be paid. Do not rely on a verbal summary or on anything we have paraphrased.
When an advert and this site differ
If one of our adverts says something different from this site, tell us and we will correct whichever one is wrong. A general statement in these terms does not override a specific promise made in an advert.
Your information
How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy. By sending the form you understand we will hold your details for the purposes described there and pass them to the business you chose.
Using the site properly
Do not send someone else's details without their permission, give false information, try to break into or disrupt the site, copy its content by automated means or use it to advertise your own products. We may stop handling applications that break these rules.
Our content
The words, layout, images and code on this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not republish them or build a copy of the site. What you send us stays yours; you allow us to use it only to introduce you to a business.
Other services
The form runs on WhatsForm, messages go through WhatsApp, and hosting and email forwarding are provided by Cloudflare. They have their own terms and we do not control when they are available.
Availability
We aim to keep the site running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted by maintenance, provider problems or events outside our control.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other law that cannot be excluded. If a term conflicts with such a right, the right wins and the rest of these terms still apply.
Limits on our liability
Subject to the section above, we are not responsible for a business's hiring decisions, its conduct, wages it pays or fails to pay, or indirect losses such as lost income or lost opportunity. We are responsible for our own conduct. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Mistakes
If you spot something wrong or out of date on the site, let us know and we will fix it.
What we ask of you
Give accurate details, be honest with the business about when you are available, and tell us if your situation changes so we do not put you forward for the wrong thing.
Events outside anyone's control
Neither side is in breach because of something genuinely outside its control, such as a network failure, an act of a public authority or a natural event.
If part of these terms fails
If a court decides any part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is removed and the rest stays in force.
Third parties
Only you and JobCove can enforce these terms. No one else has rights under them through the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
The whole agreement
These terms, our Privacy Policy and our Compliance Notice make up the whole agreement between you and us about using this site.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
Notices and changes
Send notices to careers@jobcoveley.com; they count as received on the next working day. We may update these terms, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies. The date at the top shows the last change.
